I’ve been experimenting with giving rent reductions, updating photos, emphasizing warmth (cozy interiors, wooden flooring), and running frequent short-term ads during the winter.What’s your favorite quick win for getting more inquiries when traffic slows down?

I do check frequently to make sure the access to the buildings remains properly shoveled and do clean up shoveling if necessary.

Hi @Xavier S Lopez I see this situations frequently in New Jersey.

You'll want to get the unit cleaned as well more frequently as well given the number of people which means higher costs in that department. 

@Jorge Vazquez I often get inundated with these types of calls after credit pulls, particularly when opening credit accounts at supply houses for building materials, but less frequently when credit pulls are completed for bank loans.
