Since I don't have any contacts in the RE world I've been left to find one via Google/Yelp. 

I am prescreening tenants with a Google Form, but only 2 "interested" folks out of 7 have filled it out. 

Furthermore, consider using platforms like Google Street View to virtually explore the area and get a sense of the surroundings.Lastly, don't forget to read reviews from current or past tenants of the properties you’re considering.

A little about me I own a Moving Company (Moving Hearts Moving Company) and we've been going for a few years .I do a lot of sales and see a lot of houses so I've got a good understanding of the area as of right now we're at a 4.9 on google. 

I haven't tried anything in the way of google ads or SEO or anything like either. 

When I run the numbers more 'officially', should I google the city/county current property tax rate against the asking price or do you have a better suggestion?
