I just watched this killer BiggerPockets video about the Airbnb Co-Host network, and it’s a game-changer for scaling without losing your sanity.

I’ve watched the videos, downloaded a few calculators, and run some scenarios — but honestly, I still don’t feel confident I’m doing it right.I’m not afraid of work, risk, or renovations… I’ve renovated countless investment properties for other people over the years and have a solid group of subs for everything on that side of things.

I'm taking up classes to get my real estate license and been watching youtube videos about real estate and all.

I'm reading another experts book and they talk about how Triple Net leases aren't really the greatest to produce income, and in one of Peters videos I just watched he says investors LOVE triplenet leases.

I think most people in the country would rather be on their phones playing video games and getting that dopamine hit than actually putting themselves out there and doing hard things.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm going to start exploring the podcasts and YouTube video's.
