There are also devices for HVAC equipment to help eliminate smells (at least in FL there are), painters can add smells to new paint as well which can help, and then just do a thorough deep clean which it sounds like it will need regardless.

The subs that she hired destroyed the new cabinets we purchased, broke the brand new stove and we had to get another, the painter never came back to finish the exterior, we didn't plan on replacing the AC until it died 2 days before we listed it, the plumbing had to be replaced because it wasn't done correctly at first.

They will charge you market pricing , more than they charge me since I give them steady work and pay right away . it will take longer because they will also be on other jobs , and if the drywall guy is a week overtime , the painter may have that slot already filled with another customer .
