The craziness of keeping up with multiple personal and business insurance policies is beginning to wear on me and I was wondering if anyone knew of an agent/company that would offer some sort of "umbrella" policy that would cover a group of assets in both TX & OK similar to these; Primary (valued at over 2M) and secondary home (valued at around $500K), personal higher end cars over $100K/exotic & classic, boats, 2 LTR homes all in Texas and 2 LTR homes in Oklahoma?

We've moved towards QR codes which direct guests to web pages or how-to videos (e.g. for a gas fireplace operation instructions) which keeps it pretty clean in the home but still gives guests what they need.

If you are looking to broker loans - that is why many do it but before brokering a loan you need to understand how to price them, which is typically best done when buying loans - similar to real estate wholesalers, you ahve to be able to estimate repairs and work backwards, with notes you need to also know how to price them and undersatnd collateral.
