This was my first property, so having one roof and two doors made the most sense for me at the time to lessen risk and aid in a quicker pay down of the loan.

Just something I've been pondering to help aid in my decision process.

Nowhere near the 1% because honestly there all cult members high on hopeum and drunk on the kool-aid.

Nightmare to sell individually while in operation as STRs.  

I'm still awaiting receipt of November's rent from Wake County Housing Authority for a property in Raleigh, NC - that I manage on behalf of a client, who I aided in buying the property as his Realtor.
