This is the first one we have started after the new legislation went into effect which requires all a public auction be held prior to the issuance of a treasurer's deed (CO Rev Stat § 39-12-103 (2024)).

It's great to see more folks from the Fort Worth side jumping in.That is a really smart approach, starting the Warren Liquidation Auction business in parallel with the investment LLC.

Every state has a set of restrictions they have to follow.There is lots more to it, but the point here is that some people want to buy on the court house steps, at the “Auction”, because they think that is where the best deals are.

Some people have the misconception that the bank/lender gets all f the money from the Auction.

I also work for a real estate auction company so we are always running into deals I just don't have the experience yet.
