That's not even getting into the used car salesman level lies they tell their customers to push them to a deal. 

Would love to get your feed back...the deal looks like a site built 950 sq. ft 3 bed 1 bath with one car garage, buy at $115,000, put $30k into(if I am picky and careful). 

@Puja DeviYou want to invest 50k total or you have 50k cash and you want to get a loan50k for a dublex could be a money maker, also could be a biggest mistake.You will be in a pretty rough area.
