Looking to adventure into better opportunities going forward.

People renting your house are probably multiple families, and they are looking specifically for that kind of adventure and picture moments.

I have put together a personal portfolio of 15 REITs covering  apartments, industrial, healthcare, net lease, casino, infrastructure, and timberland.

We plan to cater to adventurers with our riverfront fishing cabin that also appraised for $35K (9%) over the sale price..maybe it was the 2.25 acres of nearly off grid awesomeness? 

Although this is not necessary for REI, I think that I can use some of what I've learned toward this adventure because I always come back to real estate when I think of what's next.
