Looking to adventure into better opportunities going forward.

Although this is not necessary for REI, I think that I can use some of what I've learned toward this adventure because I always come back to real estate when I think of what's next.

I also have some people focusing on lending for construction of Resorts, casinos, villas, beach access/recreation centers/amusement parks, if any of that.Can also do a share of mixed use, or if you have something in your sights that's NNN, can also work off that.

People renting your house are probably multiple families, and they are looking specifically for that kind of adventure and picture moments.

I have put together a personal portfolio of 15 REITs covering  apartments, industrial, healthcare, net lease, casino, infrastructure, and timberland.  

Final update (sort of) on my Tax Lien Adventure.
