While working at a desk for 8 to 10 hours a day stressing out and raising cortisol levels  then going into hospital for pneumonia was laid off. thx investor driven America I  gained all that weight then was thrown under bus doiing loss mit defaulted  Mortgage paper.I took it upon myself to lose the weight still have an additional 30 to 40 to go, but in a much healthier place in my life.
