I’d give the lawyer a copy of the original with notes of words you subtracted crossed out, and words you added printed in red pen where you added them.First, make sure the changes are worth the cost of review, though it should be a one time charge.

The IRS doesn't cross-train because these cases are too specialized.✅ You can get an NFTL withdrawn WITHOUT paying the tax debt - it just removes the public notice while leaving the underlying lien in place.

A few creative options: you could look into a second-position lender (not all banks, but some private lenders will do this), partner with private money using your equity as collateral, or even structure a cross-collateralized loan with another purchase.
