Not saying the agent is justified but things can get twisted when those lines are crossed and communication is not done how it's supposed to be.

A few creative options: you could look into a second-position lender (not all banks, but some private lenders will do this), partner with private money using your equity as collateral, or even structure a cross-collateralized loan with another purchase.

Meta is shaping up for a real death cross here if it doesn't get out of it's own way.
