But to blame only the leftist - Democrats is totally unfair.  

Republicans blocked it passing last year so they didn’t give democrats a win before the election.

With land investing/flipping becoming more democratized/accessible  (so many landed courses, tools, resources etc), current prices/RE trends etc, is it still worth getting into land investing/flipping for a brand new RE investor ?

(Thankfully the democrats unearned appreciation BS died.)

The Democratic bill proposed seems to offer funding to landlords while the Republican bills offers landlords nothing. 

It may be too liberal for some people (the board of supervisors is currently 2-2 party affiliation due to a democratic member stepping down and one of the leading contenders (mayor of Chula Vista) for replacement is a republican.  

Senator Elizabeth Warren, Democrat of Massachusetts, in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece, likened crypto to the subprime mortgages of 2008 and called on Congress to act fast to prevent risk to the wider financial system.

How about Republican or Democrat?
