If you have roof damage why not have a roofing company work the claim on your behalf 

My tenant reported to me on June 25 that a large limb fell on the end of the trailer and poked a hole in the roof and cracked the ceiling in the master bathroom.

Roofing and electrical were all updated last year.

Roof could be OK, once the moss is cleared you can walk it and look at the shape of the shingles.
