For example, the keyword "for sale by owner MLS listing" has a more likelihood of converting than "by owner flat fee MLS reviews" for the fact of the other searcher is still in the navigational phase of their journey.

People can also pay to be premium searcher to see the free listings as well.Loopnet is a part of Costar and they have gotten crazy with their rates now.I remember the days a few years ago when premium searcher with 4 listings was 69.95.
