My units are both near 2 huge universities (MIT & Harvard) so it is easy to target visiting scholars and lease by the semester (winter, summer, fall).

This is the middle of a semester.

I honestly hated college after my first semester and that’s when I began researching other career avenues.

If you miss a new school deadline and dont fill a vacancy by the start of the semester you are pretty much out for the year unless you want to rent to local market. 

I’d love for you to teach me something new.Last semester, in the Risk Management & Insurance Planning course I taught, we did a deep dive into IULs, analyzing policy illustrations to examine the risks, upsides, and downsides.

But wanting to do this transition in June/July/August for the 2025 Fall Semester. 

•Students often leave between semesters or during holiday breaks, so consider whether the area has strong off-season rental demand or if you may face vacancies during certain times of the year.

If I choose to also pursue the real estate investment and management concentration, I will have to take one more semester.

I am finishing my last semester before moving to Chicago for a full-time job in September. 

I just graduated college this past semester and I’m working in construction full time now.
