And as is always the case, when the politicians stir the pot the end result is FUBAR.Then the Fed decided to raise rates, in large part to bring down housing prices. 

Hope this stirs the pot a little bit and get some of you to think and realize that what you have been doing is simply wrong!

Not trying to stir a rant thread just genuinely curious how others here are approaching it in 2025, especially with market shifts and tighter budgets.Thanks for sharing your experience  I always learn a lot from the insights here. 

The activity and the buyers and builders talking will help stir the pot.  

Because with your decision to not pay the rest & put it on the tenant can stir up some commotion on both the company not getting their money & putting the bill back on the tenant.

Tenant does not want to share %age with thier attorney, and I do not want the plaintiff attorney to stir the pot and keep raising the stakes - to a point where I might as well hand it over to my liability insurance team to fight it out.
