I tend to stay away from these posts because I think its attempting to stir up controversy within the forums. 

It's amazing how a few conversations with like minded folks can get your wheels turning and stir up that excitement and motivation for investing.

Jaedon, that’s a question I’ve seen stir up a lot of debate, especially these days when the cost of capital and property prices can feel like they’re arm-wrestling over who goes higher.
