Once, at WiliArt Store, I came across works with a pleasant texture and pastel colors — they easily enlivened the room, but did not distract attention.

I do like hallways, texture repairs, turn painting, exterior work, ect. 

OK first off you were once broke and living in moms basement or garage thats a must.Also no real Guru can go to market with out pictures in a private jet preferably in the air..

Many folks would I bet Personally, I have no price and prefer sleeping well at night haha  Jay knows an instance where my company was printing money “cleanly” but where in bed with an operator that wasn’t legit.Cut ties and cost us probably millions in doing so… This is actually more common than what people thought  lol lol So the bank owner that flew to China is very literal meaning , they robed  their own banks , fly with their own jet, with all hard cash money ….. and no , this is not Escobar operation …. 

I've delt with this about 4 times in the past 2 months with past transactions, and everyone we either negotiated a professional hydro-jetting to clear the roots, concessions to help replace the sewerline, or an escrow hold back to have money pay for contractor to replace the line due to the severity.In our area, as long at the sewer line is intact and made of durable material, a hydro jetting works great and can be done as a yearly or regular maintenance.

Just want to make sure the folks running this are not buying helicopters and jet planes with our investment.Comments welcome.

My days of wanting to own a jet went right out the window in 08. :)  hang in there. 

I've learned that the old adage "time waits for no man" is frighteningly true. 36 years of my life have jetted by me while I waited for something, anything to fall into my lap to make it more fulfilling.I will wait no more!
