If there is a fee, you need to have that amount in the description now I believe.Now after all that, great looking place, good use of outdoor space, great area pictures. maybe add a high level picture that shows the property in relation to any attractions or hotspots (lake, ski lift, casino, family attractions) so people can see they are in the middle of everything.

I understand there is crime there, just like many low-cost areas, but I reached out to a rehabber about taking some photos of properties for us and he told me to look in other areas because of the high crime rate and that "it just keeps getting worse."
