Looking for something to detect Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, Hookah, etc. 

Nothing can target motivated sellers.. no lists, no software, no gadgets no pocket list no nothing.

If you are a broker and are on this list how would you feel being treated like a late night informercial kitchen gadget buy one get two free offer?

She thinks it’s ok to stay for free and she deserves free housing, non paying her dues or any thing just because she does not have a job (on purpose) and does not have money ( has all money for fancy furniture and gadgets)But anyways she has not paid her move in deposit ( paid partial) and has not carried renters insurance.

We have a very hard core policy on smoking / vaping, screen shots below...

It encompasses most furnishings in the house, and other tech gadgets we purchase upon moving everything in.

Setting clear expectations can help resolve the problem and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationship.I used to smoke cigarettes myself and found that switching to vaping was a much better alternative.

I don't allow tenants to smoke any substance, or vape, inside their units, garages, or outbuildings.

Apparently food is a really big deal to younger generations, I'm not sure they know stoves are for cooking not gadget storage, lol.
