Instead, rather than panicking, we were able to quickly shift gears and cater our units to people who still needed a place to stay, such as essential workers and people in quarantine.

Hey I’m 15 and since I got stuck in quarantine I came highly interested in real estate I just wanna know what is the best advice you can give someone starting up at this age what should they be looking out at what books you recommend thank you for taking the time to respond in advance

You MIGHT be able to self-quarantine in an apt if you don't have a dog.

I put a new roof on it, repaired some ceiling issues, but covid 19 and quarantine in place hit and shut my VRs down. 

If they went to emergency, then the staff had to report it to animal control, which would then probably require quarantine. 

Authorities were notified and dog was quarantined for 10 days but is now back at the house.  

Some that got behind just missed because they got covid or had to quarantine.

Forgive me commenting on a 2 year old thread, but now that people are largely no longer quarantining, I am still interested in the answer to this question.
