When you refinance at the same term (e.g. 30 years) you are restarting the clock and lengthening the term of your loan.

Many occupants will be freelancers who work from home, or people that are comfortable switching jobs and exploring different parts of the country.Finally, knowing they are getting some viable return over renting and seeing no financial benefit, or buying and having to deal with the issues that come with home ownership will be a deciding factor.It is a niche, but one that encompasses millions of Americans during an ever lengthening period of their lives.

But the real trick there is that some of these people use the bankruptcy to lengthen the eviction and then get the eviction dropped and only show the bankruptcy.Still, if they haven't had a negative outside of the bankruptcy for 9 years, they'd probably be fine.
