I spent a lot of nights on an air mattress!

Unless you are just looking to park cash into an real asset, something that has more palpable value than paper (money or stock), and better than hiding it under the mattress, but without considering performance as an investment.

Great mattresses etc.

I’m thinking this will be especially useful for international students who may not want to be purchasing a mattress and whatnot for the school year. 

I had been paying for everything- The exterminator, bed bug mattress covers for both their mattress and box springs, bed bug powder for their rooms and bed bug interceptors to put at the legs of their beds.The very next day after having that talk with the tenant about wanting to break the lease I called a different exterminator company that did heat treatments.

We've found that no matter what bed you have, some are going to like it and some are not.eg, one of our rooms has a new queen mattress set and another has a different new queen mattress set.

Just drove by the property today and one unit has a broken window and a mattress stored out back.

large items like mattresses, tires and TVs?

(Found out after they left)A few items of mine and other tenant are missing, maybe $250 or so that we know of currently.One tenant asked the other tenants to move my mattress downstairs and the other 2 tenants moved and ripped the seams in multiple places and stored it slumped on it's side (who's at fault here?).

I have bedding, towels, brand new sets of dishes and cookware, microwaves, coffee pots, flatware, 50" smart tv's, eLocks, 4 queen mattresses and one king, platform beds, art work, rugs.
