I just realized you all have been celebrating mardi gras so I'm going to bump this thread...

Everyone I've sold a property to in this area in the past couple years are already celebrating equity, and increased rents.

Thanks unless your net worth is $100M or you are a celebrity, why do you need to keep your entity hidden.

When we received our first rent check from our first rental property--which the tenant paid in cash--I put the $500 after-PITI net in my pocket and carried it around for a month, celebrating an early milestone, and contemplating what that $500 meant.  

Time to celebrate right?
