Over zealous millennials who think they own the land they walk on.

I"m an older millennial (born 1983) so I can only remember two of those four (9/11 and 2008).

I haven’t met a millennial that has ever hand washed anything, including their car.

I really wish my accountant had given me the heads-up he was depreciating the property and what that meant when I went to sell — but now it's an expensive lesson, I guess.Quick note for those who went for the "get a load of this entitled millennial who filed his taxes late one time" jugular — I imagine you're here to help people, and this is your friendly reminder that it doesn't cost anything to assume good intentions and be nice.

Old Millennials & Gen X. 

However, as a millennial with only 80k in income actually moving into the property and claiming NY residence would have been financial suicide.  

The city this house is in is fanatical about making sure there are no holes in the wall between the house and garage so fire doesn't have an easy path to get through, or carbon monoxide if someone leaves the car running...now I get it... these are college educated...millennials.

PUNTACANA IS an emerging market there for millennials, Middle class, Middle- high Millenials are deciding to get out of the busy City (Santo Domingo) and REnting out villas or buying in that tourist area. looking for lower pace environment and more easy going lifestyles with perks you cant get on the city. ( plus Rent and Purchase is cheaper with better quality compare to the city. 

Of course, growth in the suburbs has been a consistent trend in the report for the past five years, but new work-from-home policies and increased family formation among millennials are accelerating this shift.

For context, I’m a millennial, young dad, who works full time and I own over 7 figures of rental property in two different states, Idaho and Florida.
