Hi, just stated few weeks ago, did quite good amount of market analysis and saw places mostly here in new England as I am here now but looking multies (4 unit) in FL, open to other southern states too but haven't looked much.

Those states have "income source" as a protected class and as far as I know are only the west coast (CA, OR, WA) and the new england area (MA, CT, VT, NJ ect) Account Closed  In most states you are not required to accept Sec 8, and as such if you choose not to you could deny processing an applicant that is using a voucher.

The Bank of England has done a poorer job of controlling inflation, but there WILL be a change of Prime Minister (from Conservative to Labour), and this could mean a new inflation target and probably a new Bank of England Governor (Equivalent to Powell).
