Charming Little 3/1 - We are remodeling all inside and out including new roofing, this is our first project out of state, it will be a BRRRR, hopefully first of many to come.

Some lose their charm and that all open shelf thing is annoying.I don't think any of the changes would increase the nightly rate in and of themselves.

My wife and I did a 1-year stint there in 2021-22 and completely fell in love with the city and all its charms.

That is part of what makes the Midwest charming (I live here too), but not sure that will continue.

The older homes appeal to me as well.The old Victorian homes near downtown Pueblo and the Aberdeen neighborhood are super charming.

Which seems like it might not be a big deal, but in terms of an area becoming up and coming and charming this seems to be a hurdle for Canton.
