It's probably more useful than paying even more to learn calculus...

Part of the calculus was the contraction in cap rate premiums over cap rates observed in the office sector.

ALTHOUGH pay special attention to the information on it, because even then with a database service and estimation program it will speak of refining the calculus to what's specific to the user.

I'm thinking that properly done, this might change the calculus on commercial buildings in otherwise marginal areas.

@Barry Wittine - That was exactly part of the calculus when I purchased it.

My thought was that I could offer him a deal that would take the whole thing off his hands in exchange for a discount on his note, and then I'd own the risk and reward calculus of either getting the owners to cure their default on the note, or complete the foreclosure that was already in progress and repossess the assett. 

An economist might prove to be more beneficial as economics is a combination of statistics, calculus, and psychology.In addition to crunching out numbers for clients, I can also provide insights on their meaning, and recommend the best course of action (with respect how the economy will change, and how your portfolio will be affected).

In my calculus, though, I know I do business with people I know, like, and trust and I think that people will know, like, and trust me the most when I'm living in the way that is most in-step with who I am.
