Here on the ground, the only actual feedback or cancelations we've gotten are actually the opposite with some bookings being lost to Hispanic travelers that are afraid of the governor's immigration policies (actual guest message), but even those I'm sure are barely a rounding error and mostly fluff in the grand scheme of things.So you have a bunch of markets acting basically exactly the same.

Hi David I have lived in Auckland New Zealand, and Sydney and Melbourne Australia,deals I've done there really cost me some money re : were solicitors (lawyers) I must've spent 10 grand in one year on solicitors taking my US contracts and making them Aussie and Kiwi kosherLove the Gold Coast mate!

I’m an immigrant and I only have less than 2 years of credit history so I thought I couldn’t get that much credit lines by myself but they did an AMAZING job and My husband and I can’t wait to get more credit line!!!

So many good points mentioned here like low supply and high demand which is one factor, cheap money (low interest rates), immigration wait lists, great place to live (when foreigners research Canada, they immediately are drawn to BC, landlocked and the likeness of Vancouver to Sydney Australia (when I was born and raised and saw property continually climb year after year to this day!!)
