Between Amazon Prime, Netflix, Redbox, and an antenna I have plenty to watch.

If it takes the person an unusual amount of time to send me a picture that i know is readily on their phone, the "antenna's" go up.A couple of other things I do is ask how many people will potentially live in the property with the tenant.

You can get something like Netflix, Roku, or over-the-air antenna which gives them local TV channels but your cost is very low.

I got rid of cable, and use the antenna, as well as the fire stick.I will continue to do most of the high dollar maintenance on my properties up until point where it doesn't make financial sense. 

My antennae are raised.

The upfront cost is the the cradlepoint modem, router and antenna ($350-$500) but then it is all on autopay and the cradlepoint can be programmed to reboot everynight to solve most issues.

.- Site a tiny house or (2) and rent it AirBnB- Lease the land to a billboard company- Lease the land to a satellite or antenna company where they can put antenna's on your yard.- Coordinate with neighbor for their potential needs (direct lease to them)- Coordinate with neighbor for access to improve market value of your dog-leg parcel- Donate the land to the local garden club to improve the aesthetics and drive higher rents. 

Furthermore, some installations, such as his antennas on a pole, are on my land.I am a reasonable person and don’t have any issues with this.

I have not seen this type of home in Texas, just in California.A 1955 look, I love that look, it's one of my favorite looking old houses.It even has a great big old color TV antenna on top...
