I sent a notice to quit and let them know that I want to be empathetic to their situation, but I needed them to get current or I’d have to move forward with eviction process.

Needless to say, I didn't go thru with the funding aspect of it.I offered screen shots and even a recent three bureau credit reports, but they refused.Once I got off the initial phone call with the rep, named Karen Carr (team member), who was super sweet and very empathetic, I received a second call from Steven (from processing) who was professional and quick.Now the next call was interesting from a team member named Matthew Krusca (not sure if spelled correctly).

Our boys see that (1 just became an Eagle Scout) so the creation hopefully is a 2nd generation of humble and empathetic future parents.     

Be empathetic but clear you need the rent.

I'm empathetic toward the poor and disabled with needs and critical of the get-overs too, but recognize there will always be the get-overs, as there are also the get-over wealthy with corporate welfare.

I, too, am very empathetic, but I find myself having to realize you can't make everyone happy because at the end of the day it's still your business. 

There's a difference between being sympathetic and empathetic dude. 

I consider myself to be very empathetic and believe I could help solve problems to people needing to unload properties quickly.Would also “drive for dollars” by biking and running but only in my local neighborhood here in Northeast LA.

There is a fine balance between being empathetic but also making sure you don’t go in the red.
