Maybe early in the pandemic when no one had any idea how Covid was being spread but today, now that we know it is spread through droplets and aerosols, getting rid of pool floats and toys seems like a bit of "we care about your health" theatrics. 

Aloha,With regard "smoking", and obviously dependent on local law, if smoking tobacco products is not allowed in your unit/building, you can also prohibit smoking "decriminalized" (locally) marijuana, even if they have a medical card.

They are ruffians with neck tats, smell like diesel fuel, drive jacked up 4x4s and chew tobacco for breakfast.

We tell our tenants at move-in "It doesn't matter if it is tobacco, marijuana or moss from a tree, you are not allowed to smoke anything, anywhere on the premises... inside or outside.

. - Fast food and other empty caloric food, Alcohol, tobacco products and the list go on and on.here is another quote:"Self-interests may have motivated the search for profits, but profits themselves make society better off"Another claim that seems to be "a belief".

Prior tenant smoked so bad that there’s tobacco stains on the floors and light switches and walls.

Will be gutting the bathroom, adding more cabinets to kitchen, replacing countertop, refinishing floors, replacing appliances, and having the whole home professionally cleaned for tobacco smoke stains and odor.

@Ryan DoughertySo my husband grew up in Hamilton/Parkville area close to Northern Pkwy and Old Harford Rd and I grew up in Port Tobacco close to LaPlata.  

Something like that happened to me with an aerosol container and a bonfire. 

@Stephen E.We prohibit the burning of anything in our properties: tobacco, candles, incense, ganja, etc.
