I find it ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE that some cities in the US can call themselves "sanctuary cities" and blatantly flaunt their harboring of illegal aliens, yet the government has the audacity to go after a businessman who is simply trying to survive!

I don't believe in bragging or flaunting my good fortune in public (or barely in private) as I see it as not very Christian like, but my point is that I know you guys are not totally heartless.

@J Scott  PG is different than a unsecured Prom note... the unsecured prom note is cut and dry... always get one of those then the PG is not necessary.. and in FLA of course get the wife's sig on it as well.. you know those asset protection states.. !!!!

After going through the place, they climbed the steps up to the driveway, seated themselves in their BMW SUV, and drove off in style.I hated them and tried to wish cancer into their organs and bones on the spot.In low C'class, it matters what your tenants think of you and how much you flaunt your wealth in their faces.

The basic premise, which I have found to be very true over many years, is that the truly wealthy do not tend to be out there flaunting their wealth with fancy cars, boats, planes, and McMansions ... you probably pass by them in the street every day and never once think to yourself, wow that dude must be loaded.

OK  I know I sound like your Mom warning you about your first prom... 

But you cannot have them as co bene's on a single mortgage/deed of trust and prom note..

Would you rent your house out to a local 18 year old for two nights during the peak of high school prom and graduation season who may or may not book using a pre-paid visa gift card?  

Shorter really shouldn't be an issue, as circumstances change, and people sell, but I wouldn't flaunt it.
