I finished reading the book today and since he mentions BiggerPockets many, many times I got the hint and came here to hang.In my free time - lol I have none... but I do love spending time with my girlfriend even though it ends up revolving around talking about all of this (she's in the startup world as well luckily), and I am addicted to aviation and love flying airplanes when I have the chance and money.

We have a huge aviation industry as well.

roseburg is a nice area.. my aviation partner built the subidivsion up on the hill due east of town just north of the airport and above the new box stores.. we used to fly into there a lot..

My aviation partner opened one and dropped about 500k before he had a enough and it was one block off of PIoneer square.. 

But with Reynold & Reynolds, Lexus/Nexus, Fuyap Glass America, CareSource, PSA Airlines, and GE Aviation all establishing their HQ here, Dayton is setting itself up for the future.

Further up, I think there’s good deals to be had in the outskirts of Park Circle and anything close to Amazon office and Charlestowne Square.There are vast areas of North Charleston in the Opportunity Zone, so we will see a lot of development and money poured in.There’s a number of large companies based in Charleston and it has a strong manufacturing and aviation sector.

No one is forcing you to invest.Lucus my post was in jest .. not accusing any syndicator of blowing investor money on due diligence.. or using it for private aviation or buying a lambo.. :)
