Me and the wife are having a little girl so my plan is to wholesale for the next year to better leverage my time and really develop that one skill in my skill set.

Plus, I'd prefer to take baby steps before investing out of state where I could better afford a 25% down-payment.

There has already been one suicide of a grade school little girl due to some of this demonic madness.
