Creating 'alpha', or superior returns, is becoming a game for the big leagues.

I know Andrew is modest from what i see on the boards but the Syrios are heavy hitters in most anyones league 

Unless you get into a Ivy League or some top regional schools, your better off going to a public school and saving money.

This is a truth that imo needs to be championed for the health of our society as a whole and for the well-being of future generations.

I have an Ivy-League degree in Film Studies.

Play the drums in rock bands, coach little league baseball and football, but my favorite is deer/duck hunting and fishing.Clint

Consider this the cost of Ivy League education -vet all your partners, investigate with more vigor on the property, have your own team to trust. 

--and these connections will be very valuable as you grow your portfolio (when you hit the big leagues, you'll need a contact list of armies of contractors, electricians, plumbers, neighbors, city officials, zoning officials, inspectors, landscapers, PM's, agents, mortgage brokers, etc., etc.

I can't believe you said something DUMB like that buying a house for $10k...You not even in my league rookie you need to go get a job because you have no idea what you are doing "WALMART" is hiring for greeters I'm  sure you will be very successful!!!!     

Put it out there to your co-workers, friends from church or little league, around your neighborhood, on a your facebook page, etc, etc.
