You can bet that I stood out as a client after that and they worked even harder for me.

Investing out of state in Detroit, CLE, Cincy, KC, etc without being from there, having a family member there, or having a very good contact (like a friend who stood-up in your wedding type contact) is a recipe for disaster.

Its possible that I missed something when i read J Scotts post. but at least he tried to explain where he stood. all you did was criticize him for doing so.  

A truss company will ALWAYS pre-measure a foundation prior to building trusses for a site built home.

Truss's are another issue we are ordering ours for July in April etc etc..

I do not get leads because I had that written, I get leads because I stood out because I was the ONLY one saying this while everyone else had "we buy houses in connecticut", so him copying that text wont do him any good,  it just brings us both down because now we look like copycats. 

There was no basis and the eviction stood, but they played the game and gained another week, and I was told the Sheriff won't enforce an eviction if there is a future court date on the matter.
