Joe  Rock i agree its just like taking your highest interest rate credit card and pay those first.. those 15 to 30% ones your making/saving that money by paying that debt off.. problem with the max debt rental cash flow ideology is you simply have bad days or weeks or months with the average C/D for sure and some B .. along with what if you have a life event that you need to liquidate.. you have too much debt and you want to buy something else or start a business that is more profitable than rentals or any number of things.

UNLESS: The cost to remove all the pastor and install sheet-rock is low enough to justify the job.I plan on doing a lot of the work myself/ hiring friends or highschool/college kids to help.
