One of these is a bank that I've dealt with on previous projects and they didn't flinch (actually, they were rather excited to work with me on this) when I put the initial thumb-to-the-wind figures in front of them, I've got a couple well-placed contacts in the city's development/planning agency and will be speaking to them today as I'm also investigating the possibility of establishing a public transportation hub on-site as well.

Worth should possibly be added to the “at more risk” list, given their huge air travel hubs which serve as economic machines for the metros.- Senior housing, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and student housing are of great concern moving forward.

I scaled back to my favorite 4 states to invest and started working on efficiencies.I personally see the property manager as the “Hub” of each region.

In the early days of home based IoT (aka home automation), there were hubs such as Wink and SmartThings but in the cloud age, on site based hubs make less and less sense and a cloud based solution would certainly make it easier to deploy.There are lots of great areas to work on but this is just food for thought and perhaps will help spur some discussion!
