@Pantelis Pantelides not sure if you found a solution but if you are out of state and looking to manage yourself but need on the ground help, a leaseing agent and using the platform hemlane is a pretty good way to go.

Daughter could not be available 24/7 so we both ended up agreeing this wouldn't work for either of us.I later learned that FAIR HOUSING requires a lease in the natural language of the tenant under most circumstances.With inherited tenants, you will need to find one of them to whom you can pay for translation services.

Since you have a month-to-month lease, you have flexibility, so consider negotiating with the tenant or transitioning to a non-Section 8 tenant.
