My wife and I are both new to REI as well and are trying to using this quarantine to help on the education side.

I also have a second home which I am quarantining at in Ocean Isle Beach. 

I've recently taken the in-class portion of the requirements to become a Real Estate Broker here in Illinois; I was literally in class the week the World quarantined.

Does your line of work survive quarantine shut downs or not? 

My intent is to use this as my first investment property and grow from here.Also, I was planning on going to the local multi family and TREIA group meetings after moving here, but they were cancelled due to quarantining.

Other interests include South Carolina Gamecock Football, outdoors (whitewater kayaking and hiking), and during this quarantine spending way too much time playing call of duty!

This low inventory has caused prices to increase during the quarantine.

I've recently been spending a lot of my time during this quarantine analyzing rental property deals using the BP calculator.
