Alternatively, if you DIY'ing your home security, just make sure it's firewalled off in a separate wireless network from your laptop/phones/etc to ensure you're not allowing bad actors to unlock your front door's smart lock by pulling access codes out of the air because you thought it was easier to have a network with no password or are still using WEP security that your neighbor's kid can crack in < 60 seconds.

A non-recourse loan allows you to limit some of your downside while you're playing offense (shooting for above average returns.)On the other hand, if you have a net-worth that you're willing to put on the line for any particular deal or have sufficient fire-walls in place, then you can be more aggressive.At this point in the cycle, I would advise caution.

Then I am paying my future self interest (with a slight hit for double taxation on the interest, but at least that interest is going to future self rather than another bank).The 'trick' is obviously to keep a 'firewall' of the loan money and not let it seep into consumer spending, or not let it cover non capital expenses.

If you can get a wall assembly put together using this product and have it pass the E84 ASTM (fire-wall testing) standard I think this product could take off.
