I am curious if anyone has actually used/spoken with any of these types of solicitors?

-She fast-talked me into giving her a three year lease and a cheap rent because she wanted immigration (her husband just got his green card) required it.  

Another question is, if it is possible, am i still going to paid for the solicitor fees and others like a normal transaction because this transaction is like a IOU/ Promissory note to the seller, me and buyer, right?

Hi BP,My wife and I renovating our first investment property, a duplex in Indianapolis, using a 203K loan.Because I am a permanent resident (I immigrated from Canada to marry her in 2013), all of the loan is in her name, which may or may not be tricky.

If a landlord is in foreclosure and solicitors have been sending letters but the tenant haven't got an official court order stating that the house has been foreclosed on, should tenant still pay rent?  

I have an ITIN, but no Social Security number as Immigration just delay and delay.

However, I do not have all the cases, and it is likely that there is some complexity in your case I am unaware of; such as immigration issues, section 8 issues, or other governmental subsidies that make this thrice as hard.
