Every year I talk to countess "Investors" who: * Have been thinking about investing * Have been reading about investing * Have a friend who failed at investing so that means you'll fail (The elusive friend) * Are saving for a down payment * Are Waiting for rates to go down * Are Waiting to finish their real estate course * Are Waiting for their mentor to tell them to buy * Are Waiting for summer (insert any season), to get started * Are Waiting for the market to straighten out * Waiting till they can afford it * Waiting till they get a promotion * Waiting till their friend or relative can partner with them * Trying to read just one more book, then they will get going * Waiting till they buy their own house * Waiting till they get a raise * Waiting to graduate from college * Waiting till their friend or family member becomes a realtor * Waiting to be married * Waiting till they contribute their maximum to a 401k * Waiting till they get done working on their own homeThen after giving me their excuse for waiting to start investing they ask: * What happens if the toilet gets clogged?

p=seocoach&w=features.html ******************************************************Question to U - What is exactly you want to do with your website then I can maybe help better, bu will make suggestion for now.Xsitepro is my favorite tool of choice for making quick sites on the fly that has some *** kicking features built specifically for those whom are internet marketing focused, this was the biggest reason I went for it, in addition the support is awesome, without support you will find yourself wasting time and getting frustrated. If you are weak in SEO, has built in features to force you to do seo to your site, then has many tools in addition to help you market online without going all over the place on the net looking for them and inserting them on your site.Xsitepro .....is for internet marketers period!!!!!

Aaron Rowzee Using Private Money for Marketing
29 August 2018 | 2 replies
I have had a few interesting conversations with 2-3 people in my circle of influence that want to participate in REI, specifically my recent success, but they are both gun-shy in committing to any specific "complex" real estate deal, and have sub-$5,000 amounts they are wanting to commit.Without getting too much into the minutia of their mindsets and arguments, it is important to note that they are willing to give a much smaller amount of money for advertising and, in return, are expecting a faster, albeit, higher risk return through wholesale deals obtained during that time frame. My actual question for you is: have you ever structured any kind of private funding "deal" that officially goes towards your marketing in exchange for a piece of the net profits for (insert time period)?
