What stood out most for you in win people win influence?

One thing that has stood out to our clients and has only grown in recent years was how strong this market is.

So that’s how I pushed through and stood up for myself, I can’t let anything between my dreams.

The old USMC was hard school.They would punch you in the guts while you stood at attention.

Thanks Evan,There aren't that many true turnkey companies around anymore.IMO the ones that stood the test of time are obviously doing a decent job and if they weren't, how did they last this long?

We have many more satisfied investors than unsatisfied investors and are one of the very few “true” turnkey companies in a stigmatized niche that have stood the test of time and have lived to fight another day 🙏

Just make sure that whoever is doing it, if it’s on a subfloor that the trusses are strong enough to support the weight.

AND/OR got a price that the properties stood 0% chance of appraising at, hence the structure.     

Basically, don't cheap out on trusses, keeping them to a max of 4' apart, no matter what the pole builder says.
