Can i use state mandated covid lockdowns as exemptions?

I had no idea that trash was mandated to be a landlord responsibility.

St Pete and many other parts of Fl have new building elevation requirements to keep the living area above the newly mandated flood elevation.The insurance on homes that are not elevated can be astronomical, these older homes are not worth elevating but some are in very nice parts of town and only worth what the vacant lot would bring.

I wouldn't mandate it but let them know that you recommend it.

Mandating how a product/service is conveyed to the public NEVER works to lower cost of goods to public, EVER.   

You may be able to find good deals in other areas of NYS,  The long term outlook for NYS is bleak with an aging population, decrease in population, no stopping unfunded mandates, high welfare, extremely high taxes, loss of businesses moving out and an aging infrastructure to support o the backs of tax payers who struggle to just survive.

David the article I read made it seem that in 2014 the checkbook information was an optional piece of information to share, and that in 2015 it was going be mandated. 

I had more input regarding values for my properties although their underwriting mandated I be covered to certain minimum levels that I was comfortable with.
