What I think would be great is capturing that feedback from BiggerPockets users/agents like yourself, brainstorming what works/doesn't on the forums, and offering a guide to the folks who are just starting with us!

Then read it one paragraph at a time and brainstorm ways that a tenant can use that paragraph to cost you money, and think of how you can mitigate that risk.Yes, this is all sounding sensationalist, until it happens to you.

who help with the logistics.There are two challenges each week - usually one is a video from Rock Thomas that has you brainstorm how you are going to improve your life, limiting beliefs, etc.

I know a few people who might consider an off market deal (no guarantee to how good it is), but either way I'd like to get a local owner-occupy landlord group together to brainstorm ideas to improve the area.

I think being comfortable with your decisions, being able to sleep at night, and making sure that you are 100% in agreement with your spouse is more important than the stress it might cause you to try something new.Have a long discussion with your husband and brainstorm together.
