With where I am and what I've accomplished and the knowledge I have of psychology and the subconscious mind I would never be arrogant enough to say that I made it here on my own.

I have done zero coaching (except KW BOLD and KW in-office coaching as an agent), but I have read tons of books- Power of Habit, You Are a Badass, Millionaire Next Door, Psychology of Money and so many more.... and I have done very well in real estate- both as an agent and as an investor.

Verbally we agree on the terms of me being a managing partner and he a silent partner.That and getting over the psychological barrier that I don’t know these people out of state.

Great book that really goes into depth about stock market psychology and some strategies for investing in the stock market.

Like my stock trading mentor use to tell me all the time nothing beats experience, the correct psychology and the best move can be sitting on your hands. 

So there is a lot of market psychology involved in the determinations. 

@Anthony Wick When you agree with these types of “tax the rich” because it won’t effect me sentiments shown in this thread (I know you didn’t necessarily agree with it and you were just wondering how many people would really be effected by it) it has a psychological effect on you.

Feel like this psychologically is letting them know that I am getting less than the buyer is offering.  

It's called "psychologically disadvantaging" a property. 

Besides that the other pros were I learned about the contracts, laws, psychology/mindset of real estate agents/brokers and real estate investors, many times they are TWO different mindsets.
