I am using Mike Butler's organizational methods, but still want a management software to help us. 

I can do in 8 hours what it would have taken me 20 hours if I had to drive around and meet people in person.I read "getting things done"  which is a time management / organizational method and have been following it for years, it really helps me prioritize my timeI don't multi-task and I block time off on my calendar to complete a task. 

The tax advantages and long-term cashflow are still there, and there's much less of a learning curve.Im still relatively young and my current business has a strong organizational structure that does not need my presence so I am looking to dive in head first and learn REI with a long term investment strategy (20 years and more)  

I will have at least a 4 yr degree in Leadership, and possibly an MA in organizational leadership by retirement.

Finally it was important for us anyway to identify what happens to organizational ownership if something should happen to one of us so the LLCs are tightly governed by our Estate Plan.

My background is in Organizational Leadership (Ed.D from LaVerne class of 2013) and I have served as a Principal and teacher for high school students in the field of education for the past 15 years.

Given your background, I'm sure you're operating at a pretty high level organizationally so multi-tasking different wealth-generating avenues shouldn't be too much more to take on :) I think if you're going to drive for dollars then you need to find a way to provide value to the home owner.
