I would recommend too The Compound Effect as it is a short read but drives home the point of continually doing the little things that make a big difference in the long term.

Of course they mask their personal information and other properties if on the same Schedule-E.It is also something I request towards the end, if everything is a go. 

Though that doesn't mean I'm not going to fight tooth and nail to keep it.

Along with as you know being an Oregionian our draconian land use laws create these intense shortage of buildable lands.. much to the dismay and objection of our politico's  .. they fight tooth and nail for affordable housing then create these rules that you have to follow that makes affordable housing virtually impossible for all but non profit or state to do.

This won't provide the protection of an LLC but it will provide a little bit of masking when people start digging to see how many properties you personally own to determine how big of a target you are.

With this done and the sanding ready to go we can get the walls primed, then the interior door and trim package sent out (next week).They drape the house with a masking roll and light poly.

But section 8 can be nice for guaranteed income too.
