For several years I helped organize a film festival that showed movies at Peery's Egyptian, the Union Station, the Megaplex, the Treehouse Museum, and on Weber State campus. 

The only thing I pay for is Amazon drive storage because my wife backs up our massive family movie library there.

Usually they are the ones making me quit working because its 11pm on a Friday night and they are trying to watch a movie. 

This includes custom murals/theming, in-house movie theatres, personal hot tubs, unique game rooms, etc.

This isn't at all a new concept (think of old movies where WASPs "summer in the Hamptons"), airbnb just made it a website.
